How to reach the desk
Published location
No street address or yard pin is published. Destination belongs in the brief, because the building is going to the project, not to a desk lobby. The illustration on this page is a working sketch of a review table. It is not a map of a claimed office.
Email and telephone
No switchboard number is listed. The form collects a work email so replies can attach questions about module dimensions, wind speed, ground snow load, and the scope label. Social profiles are not used to accept orders or to confirm a quotation.
Review window
Briefs are read on US business days. That window is a process description, not a staffed showroom schedule and not a same-day engineering appointment. A request sent without jurisdiction or quantity is returned with those gaps marked, rather than filled in by guesswork.
Bring the occupancy, the footprint and eave height, and the authority having jurisdiction. If the team already has design live load, design dead load, wind exposure category, seismic design category, or a target R-value, copy those figures with their units. If the transport envelope is limited by a bridge or a gate, add that limit. State whether the number you want is shell, delivered, installed, or turnkey, and who owns the foundation interface, the crane, and the utility stub.
Optional budget can be an amount or a range in USD or another currency, per unit or for the whole order. High-end, mid-range, budget, or undecided is a buyer preference. It does not grade a factory. Three limits apply to every message: the desk does not rule on code compliance, does not hold inventory, and does not convert a referenced brand search into original-brand supply.
