This policy describes how ArcSpan Sourcing handles information typed into the building brief. The site is an independent sourcing partner. It does not claim authorized dealer status, and it does not ask visitors to create an account for a third-party brand.
The form asks for a name, work email, company, an optional phone, and a requirement field. The requirement field is where the buyer places building use, module dimensions, jurisdiction, wind and snow inputs, quantity, destination, timing, and the scope split. If JavaScript is available, optional product interest, budget amount, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, and supplier preference are appended to that same field at submit. They are not stored as separate application fields. If JavaScript is unavailable, the buyer is asked to type those notes into the requirement box.
The brief is used to ask suppliers questions and to keep quotations on one scope. Work email is used to send clarifying questions and the replies the desk receives. Phone is used only when the buyer provided it and a written record is awkward for a particular question. The desk does not sell the brief as a marketing list and does not use it to invent a customer testimonial.
The pages do not ask for payment card numbers. They do not ask for account passwords of any modular brand. A search phrase mentioned in an article is public wording, not a credential. Server logs may record a browser request in the ordinary way a host keeps for security. Those logs are not a product catalog.
Relevant parts of a brief may be shared with suppliers the buyer asked the desk to question, and with people inside the buying company whose addresses the buyer names. Documents a supplier returns are shared back with the buyer. The desk does not publish the brief on the website. A supplier's drawing remains that supplier's document.
Briefs are kept long enough to finish the comparison the buyer requested and to answer a follow-up about the same project. A buyer may ask, through the same form, that a stored brief be corrected or deleted, subject to records the desk must keep for a dispute about what was sent. The site does not offer a separate postal address for privacy mail because no public street address is published. Use the contact form and state that the message is a privacy request.
This policy was written for the inquiry desk on 29 October 2026. If the form fields change, the policy text on this page will change with them. The benefit notice elsewhere on the site, including the statement that eligibility is confirmed after a review of product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements, is a commercial qualification note. It is not a description of a new personal-data category.
